I Originally ordered my pizza thru Uber Eats (which ive only used 2-3x ?..) then waited 2 hrs for my pizza to be delivered,... only to get a notification from Uber that my order had been cancelled ?.. wha??!! No reason given either. Turns out, it wasmost likely that Uber Eats didnt have a driver in the area, but didnt let me know, instead just letting me wait for 2 hrs, updating me with info ?you?re order is being prepared??. There was no help from uber eats either, nothing in the ?help? sectionand no ?live? person to talk to. After calling Marcos and talking with Kirsten, the Marcos mgr, she apologized that we neverreceived our order (it wasnt even her fault!) and assured me that she would have an employee deliver it as soon as it was made,to our campsite at KOA. She went above & beyond to make sure we got our order. After driving 12 hrs, we were famished, and notwanting to unhook our travel trailer to go in search of food, so this was an unexpected blessing. Thankyou Kirsten, you are thebest! Thanks for resolving the issue and taking care of us, we truly appreciated it!! We now know that Marcos does its owndeliveries, and will be regular patrons from now on. And must say, the Hawaiian pizza was delicious!! ???? Read more

When you order no pizza sauce, white sauce instead and get a pizza with no sauce at all just a disgusting amount of cheese. I... think they see no pizza sauce and don't read the rest. This location is horrid for mistakes. I'm use to my ogden location, sinceI've moved here each order is horrible and I'm officially done now with marcos because of it! I ordered on line for carry out. Got there and they forgot to cook one of my pizza's. So at that time I asked if the garlic... butter I ordered and paid for was in there. They said yes. So I waited for the other pizza to be cooked. When I got my fullorder I again asked if the garlic butter was in there, they said yes. What do you know, got home and no garlic butter! Iwouldn't be so mad but I was charged for it! Had to wait for all of my order and still not right! Cherry on top was both ranchsauces were open and all over the breadsticks! Very good pizza. Only complaint I have is that the crust is ultra dry every time. Other than that I would have given 5 stars
Did carry out, so we could check the place out. But i think there is free delivery . Which is nicely organized clean and the... customer service was great and w a smile easy parking. Not sure on dine in or not. Now the pizza. It is on point ordered 3 largespecialty pizzas w the 3$ coupon. Chicken Florentine, philly cheese, and delux all of them were delicious the LG pizzas between3 adults 2 teen BOYS, small kids and we have a whole pizza left over. Also ordered the cheese bread sticks were great. And wegot the crust flavors they were awesome as well. Read more
