Exceptional staff, friendly and accommodating. Food is great and served hot, right to your car. I ordered a breakfast item and... the family ordered dinner. They even accommodated a special request in a shake without increasing the price...I prefer my shakesvery thick, but the flavor was not available in a blast. They made it very thick anyway! placed a mobile order for a shake and a iced coffee. they told us it would be out as soon as it?s done. 20 minutes later, we... called and the and they said it would be right out, and it was. the shake was completely melted, and the iced coffee was watereddown so it was clearly done a long time ago. I have had split experiences from this sonic. Sometimes it has been a 5 star rating others it has been a 2 star. Today they... asked me to hold a minute before order. 15 minutes later they had cleared the drive thru ahead of me, then after prompting themthey asked what they could get for me. I placed my order while getting attacked by hornets. Got to the window and told themabout the hornet problem. And they said " Oh I heard about the problem with the hornets, but my Manger said there was notanything they could do. " then had to wait another 20 minutes to get the wrong food given to me. I only ordered 3 items. Ifyou go. I hope you get the better experience. Read more
Drive is very slow. Even when there was only 1 car ahead of me. I also have tobremind about the sauce. They typically forget.
