Horrible service. This morning On my way to work. I was one of their first customers. And I ordered a grill cheese sandwich and... a matcha drink. They had nothing prepared. They took almost 45 min toasting my grill cheeses sandwich. And on top of that nonapkins. I was super late to work. I started my morning angry and stressed. I didn?t even enjoyed my food. I was running an errand for work today at Smith's. Starbucks called my name and I was in line for a Frappuccino. The flavor was... Caramel Ribbon Crunch, double shot! It was an awesome drink! I finished a large within the hour and was pretty filled up at thatpoint. I did not get a name but the young lady who helped me had outstanding customer service!! Thanks Starbucks, y'all made myday! I Have to say, this is going to be another of one my most favorite Starbucks spots! But this one is hidden inside smiths (a... hidden gem) the Cashiers that rang me up was incredible! I literally just showed up 2 minutes before close. They close at 8 p.m. I was there at 7:58 p.m. She told me they're closed.... But, everything was still turned on. I asked her if she was seriously going to treat me like that? She said, "Yeah, sorry!" Itold her she was lazy in front of the four other customers that were already finished paying, and she just smirked at me and puther headphones in. Very Lazy! Read more
This location is the only one in town, and up until last week, the best place to get a Medicine Ball tea (yes, I know they... aren't allowed to call it that anymore). Apparently, they ran out of lemonade but didn't say anything. I ordered 2 of thedrinks, 1 normal, and 1 all lemonade, no water. She even confirmed with the order taker that it was full lemonade. I got bothdrinks home and was incredibly disappointed. I went in the following Friday and asked for another one, bu I wanted to ask aquestion first. I asked if they had changed what goes in the drink, and that is when I was told about the lemonade, but assuredthat they had it now. The lack of communication still has me peeved. Her excuse was that the morning crew are not great attalking to customers. Read more
