Upon entering the store ,I was met by a young woman named "Vanessa" who had literally one of the worst attitudes as she walked... past me and rolled her eyes. I didn't think anything of it ,until her coworker also was walking around the back of the store anddid not greet me at all. She looked over at me and also rolled her eyes,then proceeded to push some food she had to restock outfront. The theme of the day it seemed was to be irritated at work. She quoted me 20 minutes to heat the meatballs...which Ididn't want to wait because both of their attitudes were completely garbage. As I left Vanessa decided to purposely walk intome...which is not a smart move. I came back to purchase something small and get her name...while I was doing that,I wasexplaining to the other woman at the cash register what happened. She didn't care at all ..I didn't get a apology or anything.Instead what I got was this grown woman giggling at what happened. This location needs to start the hiring process over, it useto be a great place to come with great staff, now you just have a bunch of people here who would rather not be on the clock atall, which makes this particular location look bad unfortunately! Wonderful Subway. Inside a Love?s Travel Stop. Very clean with friendly employees. Had the Turkey Breast and Swiss on Italian... Herb & Cheese bread. Fresh bread with quality veggies. Flavor explosion in my mouth. Should have got the footlong. Read more
Drove 9 hours and stopped here for late snack. Was excited about this being our first time at a subway 24 hours until the worker... decided to get smart and ask "Can you even pay for that" as if I would order a sandwich and not pay. Then when we asked him whathe meant he said he only asked "because he was bored" the sandwich was OK but the customer service ruined it. Won't stop againif it's the same worker. Read more
Definitely one of best subways in the nation. Both ladies at counter are very nice and know how to prepare the sandwiches very... well. Also you don't really see customer service in fast food anymore but this subway has it all. Please keep up the good workwe really feel welcomed when employees treat their customers this way. My daughter and I go into Loves almost every day. Yesterday we happened to go into Subway. We were greeted by Jessico O with a... friendly smile and exceptional service.
