We used to go to another walk-in salon. We were loyal for years, but the last 4 or 5 haircuts for my boys were absolutely... horrible. Horrible enough that I wouldn't even take them back because I was not confident in the staff to fix them. We triedSuperCuts yesterday and they were amazing! The stylist did just what I asked on my boys' hair and took time to check over herwork too. She also answered my questions and gave suggestion for a cut for my 13 year old that "doesn't want to style his hair". The stylist was so nice and we were in and out pretty quickly with amazing cuts! I went in to have a deep condition on my scalp and hair. It was sooo great! One of my favorite things to have done. The stylist... ensured to tell me the products she used on my hair. Also gave me some home remedies to assist between conditions. The stylistwas also super nice and attentive to each client as the entered the store. Read more
Got a great haircut. This is the only salon my family will go to. We all prefer Jen to cut our hair. She is amazing but we have... had great experiences with the other stylists too. I only had one bad experience there over a year ago. My hair got choppedcrazy short and was very uneven. Took me over a year to grow it out and I looked like Elton John. :S that is the only badexperience we have ever had though and my kids and I have been going there for years. Love that store. Went in to get a haircut for a date and wanted a nice clean haircut. yet I got a nice clean haircut of what I could see and... butchered in the back. And tip her very well because the front look great until I left and she said she did a great job too butdidn't tell me she buzzed my back my head. I?ve been going to the same person for about 10 years but just moved so I needed a new hair stylist. I was scared to use someone... else but I am so glad I did! Alyssa did great and was so nice and made sure to get my color just right. She was superaccommodating and inviting. I?m so happy to have found a good hair stylist close to me.
