I really like Taco Time for food, but the past two times I have gone I have waited 20-30 minutes in the drive through to get my... food. Noone is in dining area. I see 3-4 workers standing around. It wasn't a busy time and I ordered enough for one. I don'tunderstand why there is such a terrible wait. I don't think I'll be back for a while unless this can be remedied. Read more

At this point you're better off making yourself taco time stuff at home. The prices are not worth the amount of food you get... especially for a bean burrito its now 90% tortilla almost no enchilada sauce and 2 table spoons for beans and cheese. Frozenburritos have more beans and cheese than taco time does. Read more
My husband went through the drive thru not once, but TWICE, because our order was wrong. The first time they gave him chicken... tacos instead of beef tacos that he ordered, and forgot the crisp bean burrito completely. Then, he went back and they madechicken tacos AGAIN and he corrected them and they finally made the right ones, but they gave him a soft bean burrito, not eventhe crisp one we asked for and ordered. So finally he called and asked for a refund, and they informed him we would have to goback a THIRD TIME to get a cash refund only, they couldn't refund his card he paid with. Or we could have an "IOU" and get theright burrito next time. What a waste of time, gas, and money. I will never go back to this location. It's not that hard Iwouldn't think. 3 times going back to still get the wrong items and not even get the right burrito in the end is ridiculous. Read more
Terrible service. The whole thing is ran by kids who are messing around, laughing, and throwing things as we sit in line for 25... minutes, and sit at the window for 10 minutes watching them do all that. No adult manager seemed to be overseeing the teenworkers, and it doesn?t seem like the owners care about the business because this isn?t the first time we?ve had a problem. We love to hit Brigham taco time we think it's the best taco time of all. But it's kinda of hard to hit the drive through with... your fifth wheel trailer on. Sure wish they would open up the dinning area back up so I can walk in and order a to go order!!!! Read more
I grew up eating here and have always loved it. When I am in town I always make a point to come. After waiting for 30 mins they... messed up my order and I didn?t have another 30 mins to waste so I called and they gave me an iou, I tried 2 more times to getthe correct order on two more occasions they still got the order two times! I finally gave up. Good food, but terrible atgetting the order right and LONG wait at the drive through. They need to up their game or they are going to lose customers.
