Watched as the person cooking the fries and nuggets was eating them, while there was a huge line both inside and out. It took us... an hour to receive our food...2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. We received 1 asiago chicken sandwich with no bacon and 1chicken sandwich that had the spicy chicken with cheese and fried pickles. 1 fry was cold as it was put in the bag when we firstplaced our order and had to wait then the other was placed when the order was done. Watched several people check their orders asthey were messed up both inside and people from the drive up had to go up and have their orders fixed. We made the mistake ofjust counting rather then opening and looking at the food but also did not want to wait another hour for the employee to finishhis meal while making the fries and nuggets. ***EDIT*** unfortunately I have to change me review tonight. I will leave my previous review to show the change. Even after... being nice to several staff members and trying to talk to them kindly. After not hearing from anyone after sitting in the drivethrough for 5 minutes and trying to order at the window but still made me wait because they weren't ready after serving 2 carsdirectly in front of me. They first gal was extremely rude and would barely let me say anything before walking away. Then afterbeing kind to the worker and getting my food I asked to speak to a manager who would not even listen to a full sentence beforebecoming rude. Still decide food but horrible service. I will be speaking to their general manager and possibly callingcorporate unfortunately as they were not following multiple Wendys policies. Best Wendy's I've had in years! Wendy's is always good. But I took a star off because they keep closing the lobby as early as the afternoon. So no inside... ordering or eating. This has happened both times I've gone in the last 2 weeks. I just went elsewhere. Read more
Me and my sweetheart stopped by Wendy's tonight,. The drive thru didn't have alot of wait, two maybe three car in front of us,... but the wait was extremely long. When we finally got to the kiosk we had to wait for quite a while to give our order. We orderedtwo baconator meals, another long wait....... When we finally received our meals the BACONATOR was a very small burger andthrown together with way to much Mayo.....and ketchup, no pickles or tomato or lettuce. What ever happened to the big squarepatty and the lettuce and tomato and the good service that Wendy's used to have. Very very disappointed. Less then one starrating. Read more
I?ve written a review for here before and it used to be a good one... either this place let their standards slip.. or I had... never been in the lobby and used the drive threw. Definitely not the cleanest place! Please hire someone to care aboutcleanliness! People eat here... and try to make door dash orders more of a priority or don?t use their platform!! Great stop for lunch. Ordered the $5 Biggie Bag. Nice bacon double stack, fries, spicy chicken nuggets with ranch sauce, and a... cold Dr. Pepper. Place was clean with a friendly employee that took my order. Food came as ordered. Easy to see Wendy?s from thestreet and has plenty of parking. Read more
Getting a premium sandwich to find out there is only half of a buns worth of chicken breast is not okay.. I came back for the... same sandwich today but added extra pickle and got three pickle.. was one standard? I'm not sure I wanna risk it again Read more
