I and my daughter stopped in here and placed an order for lunch. The man at the counter was very rude and impatient with us. I... try to be on my best behavior when ordering food or anytime that I am dealing with restaurants or stores in general, I realizethat my encounter with the person will be short, five minutes or less, and no matter how rude they are, I can deal with it. Thatbeing said, after receiving our order, we sat at a table directly under a ceiling speaker that was extremely loud and quiteuncomfortable. We moved to a different table and the music was just as loud. I suggested to my daughter that we should just askfor a bag to put our food in and eat in the car. She went to the counter and asked if they would turn down the volume of themusic, instead of turning it down, they turned it up louder. We just left the store and drove to a nearby park to eat our meal.This was a very bad experience for us. The food was good but just a little bit expensive. Really not worth the trouble. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They first off forgot one on my items, so I had to drive back there, my bad for not checking first. I... get back there and dude there was cussing with the drive thru window open and berating the other employees there. I neverreceived I'm sorry or anything of that nature. Food was good as always, but I would consider sticking to the drive thru as we waited 22 minutes in the lobby after ordering our... meal, making us walk back up to the counter again to ask for our food as they kept doing drive thru orders instead. Then theywere not giving us the sauces that we ordered with the meal and waited standing at the counter a couple minutes longer as well.I understand if they may be short staffed, but this is by far the longest I have ever waited for a fast food meal afterordering. Again just stick to the drive thru for now until they get their service together, as that is the only way they giveany care about you. Read more
