The staff here has always been pleasant and fast and I have always enjoyed my time here and the smoothies I have had.
How come this is the third time during the week that I have come here and the business is closed. It is 11:45 on a Thursday even... though the posted hours Clearly say that Monday through Saturday is 9:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. how come it is closed. Read more
I love this place a lot I really do but it's a hit or miss when they are even open. Online says they open at 9am-7pm on Sundays... and monday-Saturday is 9am-9pm. It's Tuesday. Says it on their door too and I'm here currently 10am and no one is here. Anotheroccasion I was here at 1 and no one was here either. It's really unfortunate ???? I don't want to give a low star rating becauseagain I love this place and they are great but on this specific day my daughter can only have something soft and this was whatshe was wanting to have after her surgery UPDATE: the manager reached out to me almost immediately and was so kind and tookaction. This place is awesome. I love the healthy options.. forget the ice cream, the kids like the "Love Potion #9" blend. They use... fresh veggies. This has to be my favorite place in Brighton. Read more
Very rude customer service on the weekdays. The white boy working was very rude, lazy and always has a very bad attitude. They... always close early which is super inconvenient. Very bad business. Never going there again. Read more

I stop here a lot. Wonderful smoothies. I was just there and they had 1 person on shift which turned a 5 minute stop, a 20... minute stop. I get it, it's hard to find employees right now. No big deal. Took a lot longer than expected, but I'm patient. Problem is that when I finally did place my order, it was for a 32 oz smoothie. The kid made it, and poored into a 24oz cup. When I said, "Hey bud, I paid for a 32oz", he apologized and poored the 24 ozs of smoothie into a 32 oz cup. He then looked inthe bottom of the blender and tried to tap out a couple more ounces leaving the cup about 6ozs short Id guess. He shrugged andhanded it to me as if we were good. If there hadn't been a line of 6 people, who I knew were in for quite the wait already, Iwould have asked him to remake it. As it stands now, I'll just vent here. Edit : the owner took care of it.
