Brighton restaurants need to up their game. We ordered a 10 piece and got 8. The wings weren?t even covered completely. Tater... tots were over cooked. They have been slowly going downhill but today was the straw that broke the camel?s back. Even thecarrots looked dry and they don?t slice them anymore. Just buy a bag from Walmart and put in a logo container. The queso weordered was also another Walmart buy and tossed in the microwave, slopped it in a drinking cup and called it good. I can?t speakfor the chain everywhere but Brighton?s (along with a lot of other restaurants) are just not worth the money. Read more
We had no problem with the service, our server was great! But our food was horrible! This was my first time at this location... and by far not the best food. I ordered a Chopped Cobb Salad and who would think that would be horrible. The bacon was notcrispy or even warm. No boiled eggs like the description on the menu, small portion. The kids food was good. Husband got wingsand they're o.k, but didn't come with carrots/celery on the side. I will not be returning, I was very disappointed. Read more
Ordered pickup and this was what I got. Basically boneless wings without sauce. And it took forever just for them to give me dry... wings. Don?t waste your money. Everyone was rude too. Read more
Placed order online for pickup and got home missing sauce on wings and the one container of sauce had spilled in bag. Had to go... back up for more and it was mostly oil than buffalo sauce. This is the second time of having a bad experience at this locationand no apologies for the inconvenience. Read more
Great servers here! Personable and knowledgeable. ???? Food came so fast! Hot and fresh! Great flavors, as usual for BWW. And... they have Truly on tap! We did the 10 boneless for 10 boneless! I?ve never had a problem with this place in the past but holy cow. Foods always been decent, I just think their cleaning process... could be updated maybe. Went for dine in but had to get the food to go. The smell inside that restaurant was unbearable. Diningarea smelled pretty bad. Like how a fast food kitchen would smell but throughout the whole restaurant. The bathrooms stronglysmelled of urine. Thought I walked into the men?s on accident honestly.
