Quick but burnt tongue cheese burger too hot to eat. Messed up my taste for a while.

It is 9:30 am when I got my good on Mon Oct 17 and there was a woman and a couple of cooks. Well I plainly ask for 2 breakfast... burritos and got 3 and charged. She told me my order was 6 bucks too cause each would be 3 bucks. If anyone wants to eat here,just make sure you repeat yourself twice and have them read your order back. The lady seemed tired too so idk maybe manager'sneed to make sure they're employees get sleep. Also I don't appreciate when she told me there's nothing they can do. 8/31/22 at 3pm - this review is based on customer service. Nothing happened, good or bad, but the way I was treated is how it... should be. I hate to say this but idk how they?re still in business. The photos look great but I didn?t like it. We sampled quite a few... things and didn?t care for any of them. It makes sense why there was no one there or why we don?t ever see anyone there. I?dprefer McDonalds. Cheaper too! Read more

Among fast food restaurants, Good Times is better than half. The fact that the young men working there when I went inside were... not only polite, they were also friendly, a rare thing nowadays among youth fast food employees. When I was ordering my meal, Imentioned it would be pretty good if they had an option where you could add an egg on top. The man said, "We can definitely dothat. I do that on my own". Imagine my surprise! The burgers are well seasoned and properly cooked. The fries are quite tasty. Ialso ordered as a side the potato jalapeño poppers. It cam with a sweet and spicy strawberry sauce, which made the poppers evenmore delicious. The downside to my experience was the condition of the dining room. There was dried soda all over the orderingcounter and the floors were not clean. I had to go to the bathroom for a wet paper towel for the counter because I was sodisgusted by it. The maintenance of the dining room definitely needs to be addressed. But overall, I was not disappointed. Read more

As soon as we walked in i notice all tables are dirty. 1 person sitting down im guessing a employee not eating on his phone .... Placed our order and I asked if they could clean a table . She did wipe them down with a wet cloth left it wet I had to dry itwith a napkin. I ordered at 7:04pm And it's 7:25pm only 2 cars have ordered and we are still here . They have not cleaned upany of the other tables . Not sure how hard it would have been to clean all tables and trash at the same time . Not happy withhow dirty the place is . Bugs flying all over a bucket of water and I don't know what else is in the table behind us .Somebody is not doimg there job . Read more
