There aren't very many Heidi's Brooklyn Deli shops left and it's a shame because this is one of my top three favorite places to... get a great deli sandwich! If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop in and try it for yourself! My favorite is thecajon turkey avocado. Add some fresh mozzarella and you won't be disappointed. They are a little on the pricy side forsandwiches, but they are worth every penny I promise! Read more

Always have enjoyed Heidi's. Only 4 stars on this visit as it seemed they had a number of folks in training. We did have to... correct them on an item when they brought us our food. Hopefully once they get everyone trained, they be back to a 5 star. Iknow getting help is an issue currently and wish them the best. Read more

I went in 2 days in a row and both days got a worker by the name of Angel. He was amazing. So nice attentive and worked with a... smile (its hard to come across that now a days). The food was good but the service from him will definitely be the reason I'llbe back. I hope the owner recognizes him for this because it's not just hard to find workers but even harder to find workersthat do their job correctly with a smile! Read more

Ordered a hot sandwich that was ice cold in the center, barely toasted. They were out of half of the bread choices. They forgot... the chips. The service was super slow, I watched as the workers just talked amongst theirselves while blasting dubstep in thestore. Not worth the price. Read more

I wanted to love it being a native New Yorker. The bagels are decent. Two complaints I have, one- the lay out of how to order... needs improvement. The person who rings up the customer shouldn't be the same person making the sandwhiches and two- the workersseem robotic, no energy or good rapport. Overall, it was okay but I dont think I'll go back. Sad to say. Read more

Would not recommend. We asked for sauce on the side and never received. There is also only 2 tiny slices of turkey on the... sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous when you're paying $13+ for one sandwich. Read more

This brand has gone downhill over the years while prices keep going up. These $12-$14 sandwiches have less meat on them than a... subway sandwich Read more

The best bagel ever! We had the vegetarian burrito and vegetarian breakfast sandwich and they were both very delicious. All of... the ingredients were very fresh and we appreciate their locally sourced, organic ingredients. Highly recommend! Read more
