Food was ready when I arrived, at the time the email said the food would be ready. Wings were tasty. Lots of different flavors.
They used to be so good. Over time declined. Last time was my breaking point. My boneless wings were literally the size of A... quarter and hard as a rock. They refused a refund. We keep going back because my son loves their honey Siracha. Prior times the wings were undercooked and chewing at times.... Knowing this I called Chili?s (Just wings is inside the restaurant )after placing my order (tonight)and asked the girl/lady forextra crispy on the wings. Again undercooked! No more! Hooooo boy, lot to say about this place and very little of it good. Half the wings were overcooked and half were still raw and... bleeding. For $40 you don't really get your money worth considering you can't eat what they call 'food' I'd much rather pay $12more and go to buffalo wild wings 300 feet away and get edible wings.
