Normally ok but today the drive thru was a little off. They didn't give me a receipt, gave the wrong sauce for the chicken... nuggets and were practically shoving the bag of food at me through my car window. I guess it was fast service but could bebetter at the customer service. Read more
Wait times are terrible. I went through the drive through and they asked me to pull up next to the side door so they could bring... out my food. I ended up waiting 20 minutes before I went inside. Inside I ended up waiting another 20 minutes because none ofthe employees were giving people waiting at the counters the time of day. The employees would just place the food down, yell outan order number, and walk away. When I was finally able to talk to someone, she said my food had been ready for awhile but shecouldn?t find my car. (Mind you, my car was the only one in the area they told me to wait at.) We went through the drive through around 7 pm and we ordered large on the combos yet they never put large for the drinks. When... we got to the window we received medium drinks, plus all ice and no soda in the second drink after we asked for light ice onboth. I give it 3 stars because the rest of our order came out correct except for slightly unsalted fries. Read more
I?ve had a lot of experience with this McDonald?s, in the past they?ve been great but lately it has been horrible. If you want... your order to be wrong or to miss things in your order then this is for you. If not choose another location. Every time we?vegone to get it or even order it out something goes wrong. Such a sweet girl at the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still sitting. Which also shows how quickly... the food was ready. Hit and delicious. Very clean bathroom and dining as well. They were out of mild sauce and the espressomachine was down. But that is more manager/corporate and not at all shocking. ???? It's not easy being perfect! Well I use the kiosk to do my order and then waited 15 minutes for the order I understand it was around lunch time so I wasn't... really too much thinking about it besides wondering where my food was on top of that we asked a girl can we have our drink andshe acted like she didn't even know that we were supposed to get a drink also too as I checked the bag I didn't even happen tosee that the fries were in the bag all around I would give this experience probably at two two and a half due to the fact whenyou get home and you don't find one of the things you like like the fries they make are excellent they're always good andthey're not there it sucks Read more
