Off to such a bad start. So many issues. Every time I?ve been here at least one thing has gone seriously wrong. Went by this... morning and no one took my order. They took the orders in the other drive thru lane but not mine. 10 mins later not a single carahead of me had moved. I?m never going back to this McDonald?s. Terrible experience every time. Gross. We literally pulled up to the drive through at 10:15, all lights were on not just inside but drive through lights, and was given... nothing but attitude about they were already closed and closed at 10:00. Very rude, young girl rolled her eyes at me when I told her she gave me the wrong drinks. I had 2 large sprites 2 large cokes... and 1 large Dr Pepper and she gave me 1 sprite and 3 cokes and 1 Dr Pepper, I go to tell her that I?m missing a sprite and shesays I gave you five drinks yes I even tried hand it back to her and she rolls her eyes at me and says ?just keep it? than handsme sprite in a rude aggressive way. I will not be returning to this McDonald?s. The one off of 85th and the one at PrairieCenter are way better. Read more
Food is poorly cooked and Luke warm as soon as you get it. If you try to redeem a free fry from the app they will squeeze the... container when filling it in order to make it seem like it?s full. Then the fries are also half cooked and cold. Read more
