Food doesn?t taste like it?s supposed to or like the one at Prairie Center, which I recommend going to that one they taste a lot... better and the service is way better and the food is always ready. They never have food cooked and ready when they open an a lotof time at night when they run out of food even though it?s not closing yet they refused to make more food. And Whether you dopick up a delivery with DoorDash the food is never ready on time and you?re going to have to wait twice as long as it takessometimes even three times the time it takes because they?re constantly out of food. I ordered the beyond orange chicken and orange chicken with just noodles. I ate one immediately and same as the original orange... chicken just a slight texture difference. I had a terrible experience at this location at 891 Kuner Rd in Brighton Co .I don't know who the Manager is but there was... nobody the employees were just standing around and chatting away. All the tables were dirty the Food was cold and the rice wasold. There was not much selection on food. I kept asking to somebody clean one table they couldn't hear me because all theemployees were chatting and some also on their phones. Never coming to this location again. I would not recommend it to anyone.I have Never complained before but this experience was for sure a negative one. Read more
I wasn't impressed by whoever was working the drive through at 12:20 p.m on 9-18-22. We were rushed through the whole order. Our... last thing to order was an orange chicken bowl with rice but then we noticed that they had kids meals so we ordered that andquickly retracted the orange chicken bowl. The girl taking the order told us that the bowl was already made and insisted we payfor it, so we did. The soda machine was supposedly out so we ordered bottled Waters which were warm, Not cold. The girl was rudeand unprofessional once we got to the window. Upon tasting the food, our family agreed that the rice was hard and distasteful.Please do better. Read more
The food is pretty much always tasty and and hot. The service is usually quick and friendly. There isn't anything really to... complain about. On today's visit there were two to three soda fountain options unavailable. Today I enjoyed the two item platewith chicken egg roll. This is enough food for me for pretty much the rest of the day. I ate everything and DID NOT have eatersremorse. Definitely a nice change from the usual burger rut I think we've all experienced. Read more
The food was as expected and the employees were nice but the tables and floor were filthy. I had to wipe off food left from... previous guests before seating. I am not a fastidious person, I mean every table was covered in old rice or worse. Read more
