I ordered mac & cheese and they gave me Cajun Mashed potatoes. I also asked for half spicy and half regular, it all came out... regular. I ordered the 2 can dine for $11.99. Update 11/18. Spent 30 minutes in line. 20 of them just waiting at the speaker.After the 20 minutes I asked if they were ever going to take my order. Their reply was they are busy. This makes the second time we been there its 8 pm and the are out of the food we want , and tell us they only have what's in the... shelves. We experience that before snd it was all cold and dried out chicken. Plus when we entered the young girl tells us wecan't sit inside. This location is awful, they never have a complete menu of food available. Every time I?ve been to this location it?s one thing... or another. Last time they ONLY had bone in spicy chicken and this time they only have classic. Someone managing should figureout how to prepare for the day to insure they always have main menu items available. I wish I could give this location a zero. I was in the Denver area on business. I stopped by this restaurant. I ordered... butterfly shrimp box and bottle water. They didn't have any butterfly shrimp and offered popcorn shrimp. The popcorn shrimpwere horrible. I was not given a receipt. The receipt machine was broken. She offered to take a picture of my receipt usingmy phone but I declined. Big mistake on my part, the young lady charged my debit card $22. I believe this charge wasintentional due to the receipt machine not working. I called spoke with a manager, Victor or Isiah. He apologized and statedhe would take care of it. He would refund the entire amount. Also he would speak with the general manager. Nothing was doneand had to go through my bank.. Reading these other reviews I must be lucky because every time I've gone here my food was really good. Better than other... Popeye's locations I've been to. The fries are bomb, mashed potatoes, gravy, Mac n cheese, & biscuits are all good. For chickenI'd really only go here for the nuggets but if you're in the mood for nuggets they're good. It's really a hit or a miss with this place. Some days they have everything on the menu and it's tasts great with awesome... customer service. Other days you choose what to eat 5 times because they don't have it and the service is bad and food tastesold. Don't go with high hopes. Read more
