Go to a different store if you expect to get what you ordered. I placed an online order, the receipt is attached, however when I... got home I discovered I didn't get anything past the corn salsa. Then after the first bite I realized the crunch was due toundercooked rice. Worst experience ever! Sadly if you read other comments you will see this restaurant continues to have thesame issues, even after a representative responds apologizing. Maybe they need to focus on fixing the store rather than postingfake apologies. Read more

This location is hit or miss. I ordered a bowl but I got maybe a 1/4 of what I should have gotten. I was left hungry after and I... found a soggy crouton at the bottom of the bowl probably mixed in because the staff aren't careful about double dipping. Istill like Qdoba because if there's something wrong with the order, they'll quickly work to fix it if you ask, but I really wishthey would get it right the first time. Read more

They had a pop dispenser that allowed you to add flavoring to your beverage. Gone now. Don't know why. It added to the... experience. Whish they'd bring it back. Otherwise, good food. Staff is friendly bu they definitely need training for whoever is cooking. Steak was cooked to a chared extra well done. Beans... both black and pinto were under cooked it was like having peanuts in my burrito it was so crunchy I tossed it. Read more

Worse experience ever! My wife & I waited more than 20 minutes to just even order food. Only 2 people actually doing their jobs.... One of them was just leaning against the wall-not helping as his coworker is upset for him not helping. New girl at the registertrying her best. The guy who was just leaning had his friends come & bring him ice cream in the middle of all of this. Surprisedhe didn?t try to eat it right their & then. Got home to eat because we got a to go order & the rice & beans are stale. Justunprofessional and unfortunately bad night for the food taste. I hope management does better training on the crew and betterservice. Read more

Door dash driver, I showed up to the Qdoba 30 minutes ago to pick up my order for a customer. The crew said ?sorry we?re short... staffed? three times in that period when I asked for an eta. The crew is taking 15 minutes to make a freaking nachos and halfthe time they?re in the back out of site. On top of that they?re prioritizing in-store, every time a customer comes in theystart making that, ensuring that I get stiffed when I come here. The one order they have ready has a ?pickup time? of 6:53,it?s now almost 7:45. I am DONE taking qdoba orders. If you can?t support it take your store off of dash. Read more

We have been coming here for years, not often, but maybe twice a year. The reason being, is that it's always FILTHY. I worked... at a fast food chain restaurant in my teens, and keeping the lobby clean was a high priority. We went last night at about 5:30(before the dinner rush, just walked up and ordered), and I thought I'd finally leave a review. Keep in mind, this was beforethe dinner rush. Every single one of the tables was dirty, covered in food, crumbs, and trash, every single one. We sat at theleast dirty table, and wiped it down ourselves. Flies were abundant as well. The floor looked like it had not been mopped inmonths. Trash, food, grease, dark dirt caked edges and corners on the tiles were the condition of the floor. The glass on thedoors was gross, greasy, finger printed, and arm prints all over it. The trash can by the front door was overflowing withtrash, and people were just setting trash on the top of the container. The condiment and drink station was so filthy, trash allover, crumbs, dirt, and most of the napkin dispensers were empty. And the employees uniforms were so dirty as well. I did notgo in the bathroom, but I'm guessing it would have been similar to the lobby. We go here occasionally, because I like the food,but each time we are grossed out with how dirty it is. Where is the owner, the manager, the district manager?! I would havenever been allowed to let the lobby look so bad when I worked at fast food. And this was not an isolated incident, this is howit is every single time, for years. It would be so much better if it were cleaned properly. It needs a good deep cleaning,then it also needs an employee to go out and clean the lobby at the minimum 1X an hour. Read more

I?ve been to this location quite a few times already and this isn?t the first time I?ve had issues but this time was the worst.... When I opened my Mac and Queso bowl you should have seen the face I made! Surprise is an understatement. The bowl was halfempty!! Now this is the first time I?m ordering this bowl as it?s new but I don?t think I?m supposed to be missing so muchfood. My wife even verified she didn?t get me a ?mini? version. Her quesadillas were fine but usually her bowls? are cold fromprevious times. I just finished my bowl and I?m still hungry!! That?s probably the worst thing that could be said about a foodestablishment. Will think twice before I order from here in the future. Read more
