This restaurant is decent, sometimes we get a great service like this last experience, but most of the time the service is less... than par. Our server, Scott, was awesome! Very attentive and right on top of everything. The Fish and Chips were divine, as usual. A... little malt vinegar and their tarter sauce and -- WHAM! #&*%??¡£¥ -we've been transported to heaven!! I hear the angelssinging! And such a generous portion! I don't eat at Red Robin very frequently but stopped by at this location while on a recent trip. The food was alright. Nothing... over the top. Server had trouble getting food served. After checking back 2 times and 25 minutes later. Other people at table had their food... mostly eaten when we got our food. No apologies. It wasn't extremely busy. Then when asked for a box to take pizza home in shebrings a very small box. People table over got a reg size pizza box. Read more

Always great food. This is what is upsetting.. I ran high end hotels for 12 years and am a small business owner of an upscale... salon. The young man who served us, must of been teenager or very early 20s was the most amazing person. What owners, and Ilaugh , because franchise owners are not really owners. Waited for 20 minutes before order was taken for drinks, after being seated. The floor was sticky from the far side of the... restaurant all the way to the restrooms. The waiter brought our food out and never came back to refill fries, drinks, or offerto go boxes. Worst customer service we have experienced in a long time. We've had mostly decent experiences with red robin. Usually dining in and occasionally getting to go. Dining in, food is as... ordered and service is prompt. When ordering take out 50% of the time something is wrong. Read more

The food was good, service was good but there were no deals to make combos and the place is rather pricey... just short of... $30.00 for a soda, pretzel bites and a blue cheese burger with bacon for lunch. And of course bottomless fries which my bitesensured I didn't have room for a second order of. However I arrived early and was so hungry I needed something to tie me overuntil my friend arrived. This is the first time I have been to the restaurant since moving to Colorado. It's rather pricey for aburger place. The burger was to big to finish but did warm up well as leftovers. I would have loved a little burgeroption. This said we chose it because my friend has gluten allergies and she's able to eat her. Read more
