Went there today and ordered a BLT..or it was suppose to be.. I got two small pieces of bread, one was an end piece...2 small... pieces of bacon, 1 end piece of a small tomato and a few skinny sprigs of lettuce. I had to go home and add my own lettuce andtomatoes even then it was small and awful. 9/16/22-Thought we would give it another try, ordered a bfast burrito...omg greasybrown grey looking substance not at all like a fluffy egg..looks like they tried to stretch 1 egg in grease. When it comes to food, it?s a hit or miss and lately it?s been a miss. I asked for a plain cheeseburger with ketchup and there... was less than a packet size amount of ketchup on it! I got two and both looked the same. Then I got one with all the fixings andcould see even LESS of the mayo and mustard. So I guess order EXTRA condiments each time! Drinks are always delicious. Get theapp! It?s the best way to order. It always has discounts and is easy to use. This is what my breakfast ultimate meat burrito looked like . My burrito was 1/4 the original size and no ingredients as you... can see . Fatima and her crew have no concept of customer service and she cared less that my food wasn't made correct. Worstservice ever . If I was the manager everyone working including Fatima the so called manager would be fired for negligence ofproper customer service . As a mystery shopper for Colorado this took the cake this week. Twice, my family has ordered ahead from home through the app (large family order) before arriving to this location. Both times... we arrived and shortly paid through the app and I received a text confirmation from my bank. We then waited 15 min+ only to findout the order didn't go through and we had to submit the order again. This charged my card twice. A nice employee suggested wecalled the phone number on the app to get a refund. We like ordering ahead to save everyone (including the restaurant staff)some time. Sonic does not help. Read more
I thought cheese sticks were supposed to be hot and filled with soft cheese. Not hard sticks that feel cold, I can't even pull... the sticks apart they are so rubbery. My husband's strawberry shake is just a vanilla shake with one little squirt of strawberryon top. It isn't even the color pink!! My son's burger was made wrong and to top it off the boy taking orders was rude and didnot listen to anything we had to say. And put us on hold for 10 minutes in the middle of our order. The food quality washorrible, the service was a joke and I will never be back or recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Was not happy with the order.. fries were hard and dried out... All I did was walk across the street back to the hotel.. tots... were cold..and this was supposed to be the new double grilled cheese burger... Good customer service is a thing of the past....Autumn (I'm assuming is the one who took our order as well) needs to be fired.... Her attitude and callousness through the entire thing was appalling. When taking orders and delivering our food she didn't smileor have any courtesy at all ...I worked in a call center and we were told your smile could be heard through the phone and thesame applies when taking customers orders. She had the worst customer service I've had in a while...if she doesn't want to beserving customers she needs to go find something else where her attitude will be tolerated. Very disappointed.
