This Starbucks is horrible. The drinks never taste like they are supposed to. I have been ordering the same drink for years so I... know when it tastes off. They also didn?t make my husbands drink correctly. When you pay 6 dollars for a drink you expect it tobe made the right way. Service is fast but I?d rather wait in line if it means my drink will be made correctly. Spend the extrafew minutes and drive to the other Starbucks in Brighton. Read more

Staff seems to know almost all their customers by name...and the customers really care about the staff. I do drive thru mostly... but it was very comfortable inside. Busy location, always very quick! Read more

This location has always been very unhelpful whenever something is gotten wrong and needs to be fixed. The workers have always... been rude when something is gotten wrong. This morning I called because a drink I requested decaf was definitely not decaf. Someof us can?t have caffeine. My heart is racing, I feel jittery, and my anxiety is through the roof. I called, told the manage, hesnottily told me there was no way for him to check the order, then said ?I?m sorry about that? (in regards to the affectscaffeine very clearly has on me, which was proof the coffee was made incorrectly) in the most unempathetic way, then wentsilent. Offered zero help in anyway. The rude attitudes towards fixing a mistake gets old. We?re all adults, it?d be nice ifemployees can handle this like adults rather than acting like high school teenagers and as if the customers contributing totheir paychecks are nothing but a nuisance. We ordered two hot coffees in your drive through; A grande Mocha and a Vanilla Chai with pumpkin whip froth. When ordering, your... employee was extremely rude and rushed us after rudely explaining they were out of pumpkin for our initial order request. Wesettled on a Grande Mocha and a Grande Apple Crisp Macchiato. We rolled up the window and looked at each other in disbelief ofhow poorly this lady treated us. Wow! This person should not be the voice of your business. PERIOD. We proceeded forward to getour order, waiting a bit for the second coffee. We left, took our first sips and instantly knew both were wrong. The Mochatasted of chai ( my husband detests spice flavored anything) and the Apple Crisp had very little if any taste to it at all.Having ordered it before, it wasn?t even close. Both were disgusting. We turned the car around and went back, walking insidethis time. The pony tailed young lady looked extremely annoyed that we were asking for a different Mocha. While waiting, Ilooked for a coffee bar to fix my tasteless Apple crisp, hoping to just add a packet of sugar or to stir it at the very least.Nothing?no where do you have anything like that set up. So again, we had to bother the young lady for two packets of sugar. Myhusband asked, and she blatantly ignored him, we stood there a few seconds and he waited patiently as she had started makinganother drink order. She looked up at us and my husband asked again for a second time. You would have thought we asked for afive course meal! She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly handed him my sugar packets and promptly turned away. At this same momentwe heard and saw the lady that took our initial drive through order, she was leaning over another countertop section working ona drink. She looked at us as well, but did nothing. The refresher was good but the coffee was missing something. The food and good. Standard Starbucks service... There where sweet... people, but the line did kind of slower most Starbucks. But not bad Read more

I visit here often. The drinks are always yummy and service is friendly. Often busy so plan for an extra few minutes.

I always order ahead through the app. The only thing I ask is extra caramel drizzle in my frap. Every single time I order from... this location they never put in the extra caramel drizzle. Sad because this is the closest location to me that does order ahead. Read more

The girls that were working there were great, friendly , fast, and very helpful. Service was fast and they made our visit a... great one. When you go to hire more ppl. For your company use these girls as your hire models! We drive the extra 15 minutesjust for this location. Read more
