When Nina owned Big Daddy's she always made sure the customer was treated with respect. I cannot say the same for Richie. In my... opinion he has hurt the image that Nina created and maintained under her leadership. I have heart trouble and asked for no salton my order. Salt was there; needless, I had a terrible reaction, I called Richie...he never responded. Let Richie know hisbusiness depends on satisfied customers. I left a message weeks ago that I would report this incident today unless I received acall before Tuesday.He never called..He just called now because I left a message I was filing a report and making a complaint.Herefused to give me his full name. Been going here for over 10 years. Never again. Called in 3 large pizzas for pickup. Says 30 mins. Get there in 30 and I pay... cash, and he says 7 more mins. I said fine no problem... Waited another 15 minutes and I see two pizzas come out the oven. Isaid to the guy, how much longer for the third? He said 7 minutes again... I say how about this, I pay for the 2 pizzas youhave for me there, and just refund me the third...He said I have nothing for you. Those pizzas weren't even mine! An hoursince I called and didn't even start my order. No apology, no nothin. I asked for my money back and left. If he said sorryand said he forgot to put in the order I'd be annoyed but i'd understand things happen... Guy in the front taking the cash iseither a liar or incompetent. My steak and cheese sub was so small (they only have one size). Wish I had taken a picture but it was gone in like 3 bites. I need to know how they delivered the food so fast?I ordered at 630p on a Wednesday - 3 personalized subs and several side... orders - and it showed Up at 645pm. Just started working here and to my surprise the food here is really really good homemade pizza sauce homemade marinara sauce... homemade stuffing homemade chicken salad. Fresh bread cut daily because I cut it in the morning. They have filet mignon forsteak tips really good and there steak and cheese phenomenal, onion rings french fries awesome and they have a fried dough thatmade first place on the phantom gourmet.... One of the best place to get pizzas. Love their different varieties of pizzas, got their Mac and cheese with bacon pizza, and it... was fantastic.
