I always love this place and its coffee. However, one staff stepped in while I was communicating with another about my order... today (I ordered iced coffee and was given iced latte) and questioned me with a STERN face as if I was messing around. Great spot to chill or get some work done. A lot of varied and comfortable seating options with access to outlets and reliable... wifi. Would not recommend the chai latte - it was overly sweet and tasted watered down. The banana bread was standard. Read more
Cappuccino with Belgium chocolate sprinkles, delish. I love the pistachio ricotta pie, really delicious. Staff are awesome. I do... think they need to figure out the though the order system, if you order ahead and sometimes the wait times are too slow, theydon't seem short staffed. So not sure why. Also, the advertise products that they don?t have, like the lemon pistachio cannoli.They should take those signs down. But I do love this location Read more
I told her not to add any skim cream, I?m allergic to it ..she did add some, I think she was in some other world.. I had a... serious allergic reaction .. my body got pale and fluffy.. got skin irritation as well .. I gave her instruction before handquite clearly.. awful. Read more
visited a few days ago after dropping my older sibling off, and this place was wonderful. i've been to one other caffe nero two... years go and it was great too, but this service was absolutely exceptional. the person serving was super knowledgeable andfriendly. ordered a frappe (which i usually don't have) and it was wicked good. definitely worth the stop. Definitely one of the fancier chain coffee shops I've been to (not a critique at all), even amongst individual Caffè Neros.... Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Seating areas were spacious, which is king in these times. I got their defaultblack cold brew, which was easy to drink and smooth, the price point wasn't terrible compared to other chains. Overall, I thinkit was a nice experience that I might normally have leaned towards 3*, but got an extra one just because sitting down for coffeeand chat with a friend (even with masks on) is a diamond in the rough.
