I walked into the restaurant and read on the counter that there was cash only or online ordering. Since I was there to order a... side of meat, I had no problem with this, I would just pay cash since online ordering was not an option. The young man behindthe counter pointed at the sign and said "Can you read?" I nodded and smiled and continued to wait. He then gestured again tothe sign and I took a step back. When he walked up to me, he said "I told you to read the sign." I said that I heard him thefirst time and that I was only looking to know how much my order would be so I could get exact change from my car. He thenmocked me and explained while miming how Chipotle worked and asked me if I understood how to order from here. Sorry to write a mediocre review, but this place does not meet expectations. Does not seem to be understaffed (6 people in the... kitchen), but nobody notices or cares that all the chicken on the grill is already burned. Drinking fountains out of order,tables dirty. Unpleasant and loud rap music, inappropriate for kids :-/ Read more
I have never received a warm burrito or bowl, everything is cold even when I pick it up immediately after assembly. It's almost... impressive how they do it consistently. I don't know what it is about Chipotle franchises but they are frequently mismanaged,the one in Newton is a mess as well. Read more
The food was good but the service wasn?t. I had a burrito bowl and it was very good for being made so fast. The only problem is... that the service is terrible. I tried ordering on the app and waited for the time it said my order would be ready. Once it wastime I went to pickup the order that said it was done on the app. But when I walked and looked for my order it wasn?t ready andthen I waited about ten minutes and finally it was ready. Great location and cool restaurant to eat inside. However, when I placed an online order last night they botched it (missing... large guacamole), I can forgive that, mistakes happen, but getting a refund took about 30 minutes as Chipotle has very poorcustomer support. In short, if you order online, open the bag BEFORE you leave the store and check that you got what you paidfor. Read more
