I wish I could not give any stars.. I placed an order to be delivered to a business. We have hungry healthcare professionals.... After more than an hour had passed we checked the tracker and it stated that the order had been delivered. No order had beenreceived. I called the store and the employee who answered the phone stated that the order was indeed delivered. I disagreed. Hethen proceeded to put a different employee on the phone who also stated that the order was delivered. She said that the driversat in the car and called the number listed on the order multiple times and when we didn't answer he left. I asked why would theordered be marked as delivered if it was not delivered. She place the phone down and I could hear her talking to her coworkersin the background. She then came back to the phone and attempted to argue that the driver does not drive a Dominos brandedvehicle and that he called and since there was no answer he left. I posed the question of why it was not actually delivered,meaning, brought to the door, as we paid for the delivery fee and indicated on the order that we wanted a traditional delivery.NOT CONTACTLESS. The employee stated over and over that she would cancel the order. I expressed that I ordered to eat not to payfor someone to call me and leave with my food. The main issue I had is that by no means did the delivery driver make the effortto "DELIVER" my order. Any other establishment that delivers will bring the food to the door at least. My business is not asmall place. It sits on the main road and has a large marque with large glass doors. The employee refused to provide her name ormanagers name and proceeded to hang up after stating "never to call back here again". This by far was the WORST experience Ihave ever had from a Dominoes. Let alone a food establishment in a nicer area of MA. I expect better. Read more

I ordered from 464 Washington St, Brighton, MA 02135. Order number 75 on 7/14/2022. The app said the pizza was delivered in 15... mins. But I never received the order. I called the store and the lady said that her driver says he delivered the pizza. I haveseen some shameful acts but this is an height of shamelessness. My calls were put on hold, and I never got the food. I havenever been a fan of Domino's but I never knew they have hired cheats who steal their customers food late night. I am claiming adispute on the credit card and never ever will I order pizza from Domino's. Thank you! Read more

Always get my pizza via delivery, comes around 20-30 minutes I dont mind the wait. Pizza is always great and hot!
I love this location. Even on high volume nights like the Super Bowl and NYE they are still pretty fast and on a normal night... I?m always surprised how quick delivery is, how happy the driver is and how the food always seems to be made with care. I readthe one star reviews within the last year and what they describe is so hard to imagine given that I?ve ordered AT LEAST once amonth for the past two years. I know first hand how hard staffing is for food service workers and despite that this placeconsistently delivers a high quality product. Read more
