I was looking for an alternative to subway and I was pleased to find Jersey Mike?s was better than I expected. The Philly... cheesesteak is really good and was surprised how nicely chopped the steak was as well as tasty. But what really made me likejersey mikes was the fact that they have wheat bread which is a huge plus as most sub shops don?t carry wheat or multigrain subrolls, that in itself just made me always choose them when I?m in the mood for a Philly steak sub. Overall customer service waspretty good attentive and welcoming and the past 2 times I?ve gone they have always gotten my sub correct. Read more
Had to knock a couple stars off for this particular location. Not only have the steak subs been very skimp the past few times... but I walked in today to see the guy making my sub with the order receipt lying across the other half of my bread. That'sdisgusting & unsanitary. I hope it was a one time thing but thinking it wasn't..Sadly will have to troop it to Dedham or Quincyfor my fix. Jersey Mike's is my absolute FAVORITE sub shop! Always consistent & always delicious. I am so excited to have oneclose to my house now! Went here yesterday AND today. Staff was very cheery & pleasant. I just had the most delightful experience at this Jersey Mikes. My husband is a HUGE fan of their subs and so I stopped in to... grab him a sandwhich and your staff is TOP NOTCH. You can tell that the employees love their job and a tall gentleman tried toconvince me to get a sandwhich for myself as well but I'm more of a subway gal (crazy I know). Anywho, just thought I would letyou know that you have a fantastic staff and this location is a pleasure to visit. The sandwiches here are fantastic. Everything is fresh and the taste is amazing. So far I?ve had the ham and portobello and the... Philly cheesesteak. Great sandwiches and the service was fast. Let me start by saying that I am a person who does not like chain restaurants, so I balked when my buddy wanted to go here for... lunch. I am so glad I caved. Seriously the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Great, clean, new location. Friendly staff.And the Italian & Buffalo Chicken subs were both AMAZING! (my buddy & I split them both).
