I have a lactose intolerance allergy. They went out of their way to accommodate my allergy and confirm with me what I needed in... order for it to be dairy free. That goes a long way. I got to enjoy their delicious food without having to worry about myallergy in the slightest. Read more
The owners are nice and willing to fix mistakes in an order when it happens. Atmosphere is good with the decorations,... cleanliness, and so on. You can even see Celtics players here often! One downside is the attitude from the cashiers sometimes,which could be attributable to them being inexperienced. Other than that it was a 5-star experience. Read more
Ate here on 3-24-22 while on a business trip. Restaurant was clean, staff was amazing, food was so so. Had the bacon burger,... with Cajun fries , with avocado on the side with a lemonade. Came out a little over $21. Fries were ok and the burger was thesame. Wasn?t terrible but wasn?t impressed or blown away. A little pricey. I?ll probably return later down the road. Read more
The burgers are so good. Can get a little messy but they have bathrooms. The menu was kind of restricting because I always end... up getting the beast but makes it easier to choose. The frappes are huge but wish they had whipped cream. Staff are friendly andthe music is like stuff you would hear at Johnny Rockets. The seats remind me of five guys. They have cups for water and you canjust go up to refill. It's pretty empty when I go there too. Edit: I feel like the music changed a little and the fries arethicker. Still no whipped cream. Great burgers and frappes are awesome. Fries are not worth it. Edit: since the owner is a nice guy and responded to my review,... I came back here to try again. Fries have definitely been improved since my last visit, and they're pretty good. Feel like theycould be a bit crispier but can't really complain much about them as they are now. However, I'm dropping the place from 5 to 2stars. Before, frappes came in a nice glass and you got the extra frappe in a metal cup that they use to blend it with. Now itwas a sad small plastic cup (like McDonald's small size, but 3x the price). And they don't even have recycling bin for thisplastic, way to kill the turtles! Fourth of July hotdog was super sad with barely any relish and some cheap bad mustard. Beastburger had soggy bacon and way too much onions. Don't go here. Read more
I'm not a big fan of burgers, but decided to check out this place. It's a new location and in a neighborhood where parking is... much easier than driving into Boston, phew. We ordered the Shroom' & Swiss burger with a double veggie patty. It came, as thename suggests, with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese, along with lettuce, tomato, and house sauce. The veggie patty was unlikeany I've tried in the U.S. It's a green patty (usually it's always black bean or at the most sweet potato), so it felt great totry something different. While it was tasty, I feel it lacked salt. However, you can make up for it with the various sauces. SoI didn't mind! This way, it is more accessible to those who prefer a low salt intake. We ordered the parmesan fries as a side.The fries were crispy but I could have done with a lot more parmesan, haha. The ambiance is pretty sunny and open. Quite a lotof seats and no wait time. You order at the counter and the food is ready in minutes. Pro tips - 1: Free parking on thestreet. 2: Check out the Boston mural on their wall. 3. So many burger options, they also have temporary specials - check outthe far right menu board. 4: If you get their veggie patty, ask them to top it with some Sriracha! Read more
Had a decent burger there! Only complaint is that all the sides are humongous (a group-sized portion, not sized for a single... person, and priced accordingly) and the brussel sprouts were too salty. Read more
