I received warm fries, not even fresh. Barely understand english as well and rush people as they were finished with their order,... but aren't. Update 12/20/21 This place gaved me food poison, my stomach hurts now. I had a question and the person did not speak English she got her manager who also did not speak English. Power to the working... people but that's kind of unacceptable if you're having a manager who cannot answer customer questions! Read more

We did dine in and the service was terrible. As well as the manager having a HUGE attitude. Dining area was disgusting and the... bathroom was disgusting as well. They did not even have tissue or paper towel in there. Read more

Changed my review, this location is awful. Only two employees that work here are very sweet. If you are gonna be rude taking... orders then don?t keep your job?.Corporate needs to come in and fire employees and management. Read more

On September 4, 2022, Around 2:20, we were standing in the front register for over 10 minutes try to place order, all the... employees in the front not one person acknowledged us. Had issues with using gift cards at the kiosk. Was forced to order at the counter. The manager placed our order and over charged... us for a beverage we didn?t order. Worse, she then turned around and mocked us to her employees in Spanish, saying we ?werekilling her.? The employees then laughed at us. Unfortunately the closest McD to me with Worse Ownership you can find, Over the time 3 different orders ? placed from drive thru... and all had missing items, Last experience: Ordered online for pick up, when i arrived they said they were not serving breakfast any longer, i said it's already ordered and had my order number, and their order screen still had breakfast serving,declined to serve breakfast. No empowered person to speak, to solve the issue , couple of cars left without ordering, Thislocation definitely does not have any McDonald's standard's. Read more
