Great coffee, but it?s inconsistent. Sometimes lattes tastes less like coffee and more like chalky oat milk. The two chai lattes... Found a piece of bacon in my vegetarian bagel. There have been a lot of other mistakes from this place that I?ve dealt with,... without complaint, because I wanted to be compassionate as foodservice is tough right now, but this is truly ridiculous. I washalfway through my hummus bagel and found a chunk of bacon in it. I haven?t eaten meat in over three years and could have gottenseriously sick. I?ve tried contacting them multiple times via email on their platform and have received no response. Badcustomer service and consistently bad quality control mistakes, this one the worst so far.
