Great coffee, but it?s inconsistent. Sometimes lattes tastes less like coffee and more like chalky oat milk. The two chai lattes... I?ve ordered both tasted more like the milk?missing the tea and spice flavors I was hoping for. Excellent bagels and muffins.Slow service on the weekends. Staff barely acknowledge your presence. Found a piece of bacon in my vegetarian bagel. There have been a lot of other mistakes from this place that I?ve dealt with,... without complaint, because I wanted to be compassionate as foodservice is tough right now, but this is truly ridiculous. I washalfway through my hummus bagel and found a chunk of bacon in it. I haven?t eaten meat in over three years and could have gottenseriously sick. I?ve tried contacting them multiple times via email on their platform and have received no response. Badcustomer service and consistently bad quality control mistakes, this one the worst so far. I had a great oat milk cortado and drip coffee here. I love the layout with the view of the coffee roasting area, nice touch.... The service was quick for a busy Friday morning. The staff was professional diligent in their work. I?m taking a star awaybecause I ordered a few bagel sandwiches which ended up being a bit dry. I would give it another shot. Read more
