Green Briar is closing this week, but I loved it while it was open! The food (especially pretzles) is amazing and the staff is... always friendly. They will be missed! Read more

Went to The Green Briar for some Irish Music on a Sunday, and instead I walked into a Comedy Show. And the talent was great and... really funny. Had a great time, and good interactions with the audience. Read more

What a great local pub! The staff is so courteous and friendly, you get welcomed with a smile as soon as you walk through the... door. I found that feeling also spreads to the other customers, it was very easy to get into a conversation with those around meat the bar. I stopped in by myself and was talking with a bunch of guys within a few minutes. Most live in the neighborhood, some grew up there, others were from Ireland. All were very personable. The pub itself has the wood finish of an old Irish pub, very nice. I didn't stay long enough to get to try the food, just a beer and I was back out walking. Read more

Cool Irish spot for drinks and food. Features an open room with darts, corn hole, and plenty of tables. Also has a large bar for... watching sports and relaxing historic vibe with excellent service! Read more

They have a free comedy night here on Sundays starting at 8pm and I really enjoyed it. This is my first time attending a comedy... night in Boston in over ten years. It was a great group of comics and plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably. This isa casual beers type of place. The food looked okay but no culinary masterpieces. I'd come here for the comedy night but theregular bar area wasn't so lively when we came in beforehand. Read more
