A friend had a medical procedure at the center down the street so that is where we stopped to eat brunch. Waited to be seated,... and our server to come with menus and take our drink orders. Food was warm but tasted okay...sat in the window longer thanexpected. I counted four servers working, and others bouncing around the restaurant not sure what their jobs were. Read more

Should be better. The hamburger classic big boy had excellent preparation. The fries were old and should have been tossed. ... Onion rings were huge and not good. Big Boy rings are usually medium sized and very good. Service was friendly and apologeticbut extremely slow. I am a former manager of two Big Boy restaurants. The restaurant was not busy enough for the service to beso slow. Kitchen needs to step up the pace and they need better servers. Very clean and updated restaurant Hopefully whentimes are better they can get better help. Read more
I mean let be realistic about what this place is. It's big boy. Are we reviewing the high quality food and beverages. No we are... not. Are we reviewing the amazing decor and beauty of the surrounding areas no. The staff is kind and attentive. The food wasprepared how I requested. The drink cup stayed full. Usually, service & food are very good. On Sunday, 7/17/22, at about noon, , we were terribly unhappy with one male employee who... seated us. He was obnoxious and bordered on aggressive with my friend. Our actual server, (,Deseree?) apologized for hisbehavior & provided very good service. Read more
A family friendly environment, terrific cuisine, and an excellent server made my trip to Michigan memorable. Welcome (back) to the new Big Boy! This place looks amazing and the staff is super excited to welcome and serve you. The wait... for your food is non-existant... we ordered and had our food in a blink of an eye. Gone is thr salad bar and that's perfectbecause you won't miss it... it is spacious and welcoming. The staff was incredible! Food was honestly your average diner food. So definitely not bad but nothing to write home about. I... was most impressed with how wonderful the waitresses were.
