The food was delicious! I appreciated that the staff worked so efficiently together. We arrived on a busy Saturday and yet our... meal was served within 15 to 20 minutes of us arriving. I had the Salmon blackened with the sides and my friend had the ChickenGeorgia Pecan Salad (blackened chicken personal preference). Our server was Christian (I believe is her name) she was incrediblyprofessional, friendly, prompt and gave the best food/beverage recommendations! I highly recommend this place! Read more
What a fantastic restaurant. This was our first time here and the service was outstanding even though they were down 2 servers... we were told. Our meals, Cajun Ratatouille w/ a side filet and Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee, were superb. The flavors werecomplex and delicious ????. Even though they were packed, we only waited a few minutes to be seated because we called ahead tobe placed on a waiting. This wasn't a reservation because we didn't have to specify a time. Good food, service and atmosphere right in downtown Brighton. We sat at the bar and our mixologist Toni took really good care of... us and made some great cocktails. Although it was very busy and a little too noisy for conversation at the bar... Bourbons hasa welcoming enviroment and openly friendly staff and patrons. A great choice downtown. Read more

Does not offer a military or veterans discount and our waiter, James H., was perfectly fine with me having a side item (corn... mash) that has an ingredient in it that I'm allergic to, without offering a replacement item or any remedy (could have offeredto clear it off my plate even after I ate some of it, at a minimum). Love this restaurant! Great drink selections and the food was great as well. We enjoyed the French dip, chicken salad, and... chicken sandwich. We were not too blown away by the mac and cheese. I wouldnt order it again. But the rest of the food we gotwas delicious! Read more
