These pizzas are amazing! We frequently make pizza at home and now we found a new place that lives up to our expectations! Great... new decor, quick service and multiple pizza and drink options. Amazing. Nick and his team here have something special. Pizza was excellent, not too over cooked which can commonly happen with... fire roasted pizzas. Great to see a new concept added to the downtown restaurant lineup. Cool to see the pizzas and everythingprepared right up front. Cheesy bread was awesome. We will definitely be going back. A year ago Nick and his crew blew us away with his wood fired pizza when catering our wedding out of his food truck. We are... thrilled that he?s now opened a storefront in downtown Brighton so we can enjoy his food anytime. We came in for their softopening tonight and they still serve up the the best pizza around (in fact it just keeps getting better!). Best pizza in Brighton. Full stop. So overjoyed to have captains down town now. We were lucky enough to go for their soft open... and with their brick and mortar shop now, the sky is truly the limit. Incredible wood fired pizza, beer, coffe, wine, and asuper friendly staff, whats not to love? We will be going back as soon as possible to see what the Captain's crew is cooking upagain and again. I came here to meet a friend. It?s the first coffee shop I?ve visited in Brighton. I was happy to find that they offer... everything you would expect from a basic coffee shop (i.e. WiFi, coffee, pastries, etc) and then some. In the summer, there is aneat outdoor patio. The parking lot directly behind the building was free and ample. I only ordered a black coffee, as I alwaysdo when I go to a coffee shop. It was great to be able to choose from multiple roast options for a basic cup of drip coffee. Asyou can see from their menu, they also offer much much more. I would certainly be marking this place for the next time I?mstopping through Brighton and need an afternoon pick-me-up or quick bite. Read more
I am so excited for the future of Two Brothers. It was time for Brighton to have a new, young, hip spot. Nick (the new owner)... has an amazing vision for this new place. The captain?s blend is so smooth and delicious. They also happily accommodated mygluten sensitivity which is hard to find in this area. This place smells amazing and the cinnamon rolls are the size of my head. Almost. Sumatra coffee was enjoyable. The bathroom was... clean, but t there is zero decor. Staff person was friendly. Read more
Just stopped into Captain?s for the first time and our experience was amazing! Right when you walk in the aroma of pizza and... coffee is heavenly and the taste is even better! My husband and I got the Cuban pizza and Halloween/Fall themed lattes and itwas incredible!! Nick and his team are so friendly and have really added something great to the downtown Brighton scene. Truly,the wood-fired pizza has exquisite flavor and they offer so many delicious options! I also love that all ingredients andproducts are organic and from Michigan! We will definitely be back soon!
