They're closed at random times. I visited about a week ago. Service was slow. Staff was terse. Prices are high. Dining room... needed attention - messy tables, full garbage cans, stuff on the floor. No reason to go back...there are plenty of otheroptions in the area. I think most people have acclimated to the high prices everywhere. But when you CONSISTENTLY have poorservice and unreliable hours, it's time to move on. And from looking at the other Google reviews for this location, I can seemy experience was not unique. What a shame. Read more

My wife and daughter had a long day at cheer. We ordered and paid for Chipotle via their app online. The money was taken from... our account. My wife and daughter arrived at 7:40pm to pick it up. The stores hours are advertised to be open until8:00pm. Upon arrival at the Brighton Chipotle store the lights were out and the door was locked. My wife knocked on the door,an employee came out and said they were closed. She asked for the manager who came out and said that they didn?t have any foodprepared. After explaining that she already ordered and paid. The manager said we can?t hire workers and the online order isnot managed by them. They said that they couldn?t reimburse them the money, but they could call corporate. Although monetarilyit isn?t a large sum of money. The totality of the circumstances definitely creates a civil tort and fringes on the line ofcriminal activity. Read more

I arrived just in time as the restaurant was closing within 30 minutes. I've only eaten at Chipotle once before. The employee... who helped with my order was not very helpful. However, my chicken bowl was delicious except I had to request silverware becausethe containers located next to the self-serve beverage station were empty. I could not find a clean table so I selected theleast dirty. The surrounding tables had food and debris atop. The kitchen prep area floor was dirty and I saw food, napkins, silverware and food that had dropped on the floor while preparing customer's orders. The beverage station was also not veryclean. I can only assume they had a busy day but they had 4-5 or more employees working and could haven taken a few minutes toclean the dining area and kitchen area visible to patrons. I'm unsure I would return. The experience left me uneasy ascleanliness is important to me and created a negative experience. Read more

Is it so hard y'all? Wrong protein and burnt? First bite I couldn't even tell they had messed up and given me chicken instead of... steak because the whole thing just tastes like burnt cheese. I spent $20. When will I learn not to order food from these lazyfranchises.. sucks to pay for a meal when the person who made it clearly couldn't be bothered Read more

I love Chipotle but this location is terrible. I feel awful for the people who work here, because it?s clear that it isn?t their... fault. The management is awful. I went there today for lunch and was told it was online ordering only. So I ordered online onmy phone and waited in the lobby for my food to be done (about 20 min), only to find out that my Veggie bowl was lackingveggies. Apparently they have been out of veggies for awhile but the online ordering doesn?t reflect that and there isn?t asign anywhere. I asked for a refund and couldn?t get one in store I was told to go online. I went online and was given a "freemeal" for my next visit. I will also say I was reluctant to even go to this location because their hours of operation have beenwildly inconsistent and they are frequently out of items. I work in the area and a lot of my coworkers have the same complaint.I think it would help greatly if they posted "online orders only" on the door or had some signs, also reaching out to corporateso that they can reflect items you're out of when online ordering would be the minimum. Such a shame. Read more

I work at a local business and we place lunch orders here relatively frequently. However, the unreliability has been awful. Many... times we'll place the order, only to arrive and find out they're closed. Other times we'll order, only to wait outside lockeddoors with no answers from the staff we see inside for 20+ minutes. The doors say they open at 10:45am, but their site doesn'tallow orders till noon. If you know you're going to be closed or that there will be a delay, update your ordering platform.During Covid this was semi-understandable. At this point it's unacceptable from a business. Especially one as busy as this oneduring the lunch rush. Read more

We had a catering order for 35 due at 1:00 pm on Saturday. We arrived at 12:45. Store was closed to customers but side door was... open. We were told order wasn?t even close to being done. Wouldn?t give estimate. Another customer had order for 100 people thatwas due at 12.30. As of 1:30 he still hasn?t been told when his order will be done. Two employees walked out, one said Good Luckto us on way out. Spoke to young lady working, she was in tears saying she was doing the best job she could. Said management wasno help. Should have checked reviews before we ordered. I will never visit a Chipotle again. Read more

Stood in line waiting for products that are not available. Admittedly, there was a sign posted on the front door. However, it... was relatively insignificant in size. Consequently and unfortunately, I did not notice the sign. I waited patiently, along withfour or five other customers. There were two employees working this evening at 6:15 PM. I guess that should?ve told me somethinganyway. The pictures that I have attached is a sign showing the items that they are out of currently. It?s very difficult tobelieve that supply chain shortages have affected all of the key ingredients noted on the sign. I?m very disappointed and willnot be returning here. Read more
