Our company placed our order on 7/7/22 to have a delivery for 7/8/22 at 11:30 AM for our workers lunch. We Called at 11:35AM... just to ensure the driver did not get lost. Somehow they set our timed order for 11:30 PM. This is after the store closes. Notsure how this mistake did not raise any red flags. We had to explain to our workers the mistake and how their lunch was delayed30 minutes. Our workers were anything but thrilled or understanding. Literally nothing was done to correct the mistake. Nodiscount or not even a few pizza sauces or ranch packets lol, I worked for a pizza company when I was young so I understandhow the practices works for these mistakes. I was owed a credit for my last vis it and the lady who spoke to me on the phone was super rude couldn't find the credit and I... told her I would talk to them about it when I got there when I got there I spoke to the manager he did give me the $5 credit butproceeded to go to the back and talk poorly about me to others over 5$. This was rediculous and I would have been ok with sorrytheres nothing noted but instead he acted like a child. They mess up food, burn bottom of pizzas and half the time its notcorrect.
