Horrible service! Not only was the order completely wrong, the girl at the drive thru decided to continuously argue that she had... repeated our order and get an attitude with us when she said "OK" to everything that was said and never repeated the order. Whenour drinks were made again they were STILL wrong. Wrong sizes and no extras that were paid for. Skip this Dunkin and go the thenext or the girl with the purple cast on her arm and glasses will ruin your order and morning with her attitude problem. This isnot a large signature latte and a large macchiato with and extra espresso there wasn't even any carmel in it, and the 2 mediumiced lattes were both larges. I find it amusing how staff makes 5 star reviews to increase the ratings of thislocation. Corporate really needs to stop by unannounced and resolve these horrible ratings this location constantly gets. Read more

By far the worst Dunkin expirence. Non of the workers except for one was actually working. The girl taking my order inside asked... me my order 5 times. It was a simple order (cold brew with sweet foam). Apparently they were out of cold brew and only oneperson (out of the 7 people behind the counter) knew where to find it in the cooler. I waited 10minutes after I placed my order,to still not get my order. All I wanna know is, where's was management? Read more

Everyone working here is usually really professional and pleasant. Though there seems to be a ton of turnover as you rarely see... the same person there long. Which is fine. With that said, this may be one of the worst run Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Ittakes forever to get through the drive thru line here. If there's 5+ more cars than you're going to be there a while. Read more

This dunkin is the worst managed coffee shop in Brighton. Every Saturday (like clockwork) they run out of everything (example:... large cups, lids, bagels, etc) abs it?s the same answer every week, they are waiting for their truck. The occasional 86 of itemsis always warranted but not religiously every week. Also, they are always understaffed (just like everywhere else in America)but the problem with this establishment is they will not serve hot food items during there understaffed shifts. Lastly, you waitapprox 20-30 minutes in line (and no, that is not being exaggerated) all to find out the things listed above at the microphone.No signs indicating this. I?ve unfortunately learned my lesson and drive to the other side of Brighton to the dunkin near Hiltonroad. Read more

I understand that it is hard to find staff right now. Keeping that and my patience in mind this is the slowest, and I mean... painstakingly slowest drive thru that I have EVER been to. Normally I would have left but I had kids in the car expectingdonuts. By the time I got to order the 4 cars behind me left and 1 who already ordered pulled out of line. I will never waste 35minutes again for them to throw 25 Timbits in a bag. Read more

Coffee was very good and VERY HOT! The server handed my husband a FULL medium coffee and the top came off and spilled inside our... car all over the console and my wife. The server then asked do you need another lid? Which did not fit to begin with. Actually, we needed a medic and more napkins. Not getting drive thru coffee any time soon. Read more

The girls at the front were very rude and unprofessional. The guy in front asked for a box for his 6 cream filled donuts. The... girl said no we dont do that and shoved them all into a bag without wrapping them. She broke all the donuts and had the creameverywhere in the bag. Then began insulting the guy and becoming very irate. The service then continued to on to us. One drinkhad about half the cup filled with coffee grounds, one was completely wrong and missing the whipped cream and syrup. And thefood was shoved into a wet and dirty bag. The girls gloves were soaking wet and covered in something that transferred to ourfood. We didnt bother complaining as there attitudes were already beyond rude. Read more

Placed my order in the drive thru and then had to wait 5 min at the window, I didn't see workers inside nor was there any... explanation once I finally got my food why it took so long. Plus my bagel was over cooked and the cream cheese just piled in themiddle. I've had good service here but this was ridiculous. Read more
