the owner matt was very rude to me because i wouldn?t ?talk fast enough? and proceeded to yell at me. i had to leave and have my... grandson order for me because i was really wanting a sub and they gave me 1 slice of everything on my large sub. i am verydispleased with this business and i encourage everyone to go to jimmy john?s down the street, they were extra nice to me andeven gave me a discount for my troubles at firehouse. Mediocre cleanliness at best, the worst part was the bag they put one of my to go sandwiches in ripped and the sandwich fell on... the floor & they wouldn't replace it when I spent almost $50 for our order & when I called Firehouse customer service they saidthey can't do anything about it, with all the money I've spent at firehouse this year that's the worst customer service I'veexperienced in ages & I won't be back to repeat it. Truly Disapponting. I have been coming to this location regularly for over a year now. The food and service are usually good,... aside from regular temperature issues on the Mac&Cheese. Placed an order online through the FireHouse website directly with myorder. When I received my order, I had an ingredient I asked to be removed on my sandwich. I took time out of my day to go backwith my receipt which specified the removal and asked for a new one to be made that met the specifications I had ordered. A"manager" came out from the back, opened my sandwich and told me my order was NOT made wrong because only one ingredient I askednot to be on the sandwich was on it. I was not confrontational and merely asked for a sandwich to be remade, providing proofthat it had failed to meet my ask. I informed him that the sandwich was in fact made incorrectly, as the ingredient was outlinedon the receipt to be removed. He raised his voice from behind the counter and said with an attitude, "Well I'm remaking it sothere's nothing to complain about." When I got the sandwich back, there was still lettuce (the ingredient I asked to be removed)on the side of the sandwich. He had also taken the time to search for the smallest "medium" bun that he could find. It isunfortunate that this location just lost a regular customer because of a snarky, immature manager. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning to Firehouse subs. He did a carryout order for two medium subs and two... children's. The two children's didn't have cheese, like the menu states. And the milk that was given with the children's mealshad expired 2 weeks prior. I did call to let the restaurant know so they could take any other milk off the shelf. The substhemselves were a little bit lackluster in flavor, But we're okay for a quick meal. Just our opinion. Read more

First time there, it was really good! I had the 8" Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I'd order it... again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I'll probably eat the rest later. Read more

The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is... always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Colamachine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.
