Thsi place will really test the structural integrity of the plumbing system in your house. Definitely order the double, then... stop at Home Depot and buy a fresh plunger and a snake. If you eat here and are rolling with single ply toilet paper, thenthings are gonna get dicey for you about 45 minutes after your meal. Oh, and the fries are pretty good. Read more

I have come here many times, and love it. Tonight, I was sitting with some friends eating dinner at the Brighton location at... 2045, and watched an employee sweeping the floors. So far, so good. We then watched as the same employee took the same broom,and swept off a table, then went back to sweeping the floor. Now, I am a nurse, so I KNOW this is unsanitary, but...this isbasic knowledge of what is sanitary, and this should NOT be happening. Sad to say...I do not think I'll be eating here again. :( Read more

Diner style burgers made to order and fresh cut fries. Customer service was great! They did mess up our order but had no issue... remaking, no fuss, no excuses just did what was right by the Customer. Good job 5 Guys! Read more
Me and my friend went up there and called the store to ask if we were allowed to come in to order. We called at 9:26 and they... wouldn't give us a straight answer because they "closed soon." They don't close until 10 and their neon signs said open, it'snot like we're allowed to dine-in anyway so we didn't see what the problem was. They said "sure" so we went inside and theblonde kid looked super irritated to be taking our order. He gave us nasty smirks the entire time. When he gave us our food, hesat the bag on the table like he was an annoyed child and we looked inside and the fries were literally dumped in on purpose. Meand my friend had to laugh at the situation because the whole experience was awful and that kid was a jerk. Read more
First time eating here. Lauren was amazing and very helpful to my husband who is immobile and is on oxygen. The food was... amazing. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Yummy Read more
