The food at IHOP is delicious! Our server,Eva,was exceptional and on task. Manager Emerald and Cook Juan formed the three gems... to make this a dining pleasure. Working solo, every dish Juan prepared was exceptionally good. See my photos. Eva was a welltrained waitress that looked over several tables with grace and ease. Happy Hour is from3 pm to 8 pm with good values to choosefrom. A family sat next to us and m with Eva and manager Emerald pointing out Happy Hour Meals identical to the one?s thefamily was going to order thus saving the family money! This was a classy move. IHOP should be proud of these three employees.I am DEFINITELY coming back and you should too! Read more
There was only 1 waitress there when we went in the afternoon on Saturday. She was by herself and we waited a while to get... seated before we gave up and took off and went to Leo's. Why isn't Management there to help this poor woman? This Ihop needs toshut down with the way they treat their workers. Shame on you people for doing this. Read more
We went around 2pm for breakfast, we both ordered 2 drinks and my husband did not receive his pop that he asked for. Food was... good. We did end up with three different waitresses which I would rather have one person so mistakes like not getting don?thappen. Read more
Nice staff, but all of my food had problems. My eggs weren?t the style I requested. My sausage was ice cold and I bit into... something that was hard as a rock and hurt my jaw. My hash browns were nearly raw and cold. I came here in hopes of a good mealand experience as normal, but unfortunately that was not the case. Read more
The breakfast food was good and decent sized portions. There was a very large group that came in right before our table of four,... the server said she would take care of us before so we would have to wait a long time, which was thoughtful. Read more
I?m giving three stars because the service itself has been typically quite good. Ray and the others are great. They loose the... two stars because of this: a few months ago they never brought my food, but brought everyone else?s and then finally realizedafter we were sitting there that I still hadn?t gotten mine (waitress was missing entire time and someone else brought out thefood) Then again, we went as a couple and my requests were basically ignored. Didn?t get iced coffee. Received a dish that wassimilar, but not what I was pointing at on the menu when I was ordering and making sure to be quite specific. Again, barely eversaw the waitress. Then AGAIN, ordered and my bf got everything he ordered. I just got my pancakes. It took forever to get therest of my food after multiple people claimed it was coming right out. Finally saw the waitress who is very nice, but noticeablyabsent most of the time checked again. Ran out of coffee, asked for more, still waiting. Finally got everything. I just want toemphasize that there is something wrong in the kitchen here. Food is decent. Service is great, just stretched too thin. Butgeez. Read more
Normally everything is really good; food, service, cleanliness. This time? There was old food crusted between the tables, two... plates were dirty but they are replacing the pancakes that were on the dirty plate. The food was pretty good, though. The furnace was being worked on I heard, so it was cool inside. The menu seemed very limited. I had hoped for more pancake... variety. Not just pancake desert type food. German, or buckwheat pancakes would have been nice. The place was clean. The skinnywaitress was slow and didn't seem to care about her job. I watched an older waitress at other tables and wished we would havehad her. The skinny one I'd have a talk with. To young and immature. Read more
