Some of our son?s basketball team came to this jimmy johns today and as soon as we walked in the manager yelled at us all and... said ? if you aren?t friends with the people that are standing next to you then you need to social distance please.? There wereonly 11 people in our group. Then another family of five came in from another basketball team and the manager yelled ?there?stoo many people in my store so you?ll have to wait outside?. Keep in mind it was single-digit temperatures today and the kidswere sweating from a basketball game. If you?re truly concerned about people getting sick and dying from the fake ?Fauci virus?then why would you send sweaty kids outside to stand in single-digit temperatures waiting for a sandwich? We?ve never beentreated so rudely in any store before. Needless to say we would NEVER EVER go to this Jimmy Johns ever again. GOOD LUCK, you?llneed it. We walked in and immediately one of the workers yelled and snarled at us to social distance! Then more people walked in and she... said they needed to wait outside. It was freezing outside, literally, and this psycho wanted people social distancing andstanding outside for some subpar sandwiches. Your staff is rude and still playing the pandemic game. If I could give this no stars, I would. Absolutely worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Customer service is definitely not... her strong suit. Our group came in after a basketball game and were SCREAMED at multiple times to social distance and then toget out of a delivery drivers way. She literally made people wait outside in 10 degree weather because too many people were inline, only there were no people there when we got there. If I had not already paid for my food before she started screaming wewould have all walked out! Read more
Vegan sandwich was very good. Did the no-bread low carb. Very well crafted in lettuce wrap and wax paper. Beautiful fresh... crunchy vegetables. Nice light dressing. No waiting for delivery. Delivery person very polite and patient while looking for tipbecause delivery so quick! Read more
Great service! We ordered at 6:58 pm online when they close at 7:00 pm. We didn't know, but they called us and said they would... happily make our order "freaky fast" and that we should come get it. They worked over for us and were so happy and cheerful thewhole time! Read more
