Ambiance is delightful. I love the patio. But they got rid of their artichoke veggie burger and replaced it with the same... generic black bean patty served at The Pound and Champs. That Artichoke veggie burger was the BEST! Disappointed to see it gone.The new chef also makes the marsala sauce a cream sauce; it's like cream of mushroom soup. No thanks. Oh man... We loved this place before it was under new ownership. The food is an afterthought - which blows because it was SO... GOOD before. I know the owners aren't from Brighton. Maybe we can tell them what we want as a community, because this isn't it.The bar tender, Chelsea, is amazing and sweet. It's not the fault of the workers but the food was cold and the beer was warm.Where did the old owners gooooo????!!!! The second star is for Chelsea trying so hard to make it right. Read more
New owner Steve is taking this place in the right direction. Excited to see the changes here. Had a networking event there and... then went back for dinner as well. Tried the Rueben egg rolls - excellent. Then had the hot chicken sandwich, also excellent. Had to eat it with a fork it was gigantic. Kids had hamburgers and grilled cheese, which was done nicely. Other guests orderedthe chicken Marsala and they said they liked it. Drink menu was great and the service was friendly and quick. Enjoy theoutside patio when the weather is nice! Read more
Good location, but has definitely changed for the worst since the new owners have taken over. Menu has been downsized and prices... have increased. Thankfully they still had the cheddar bacon scallion soup. The food was not worth the price. My steak tips wereawful. Gross sauce, not zip sauce like the menu said. I ordered them medium rare which would have been impossible for them to becooked that way. The steak itself was very small very gristly pieces and the potatoes had lumps in them. I did tell our serverand they did take them off the bill. With all the other choices in Brighton, I won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
Holy moly this place is amazing! Went here for brunch 12-3 today. The outside patio is beautiful. I got a bloody Mary and it was... the best one I had in a long time. It had come cheese and chive rim on it. It was the perfect spiciness. The breakfast burritowas on point. The live entertainment set the vibe for the place. Way to go Dan Meadows! You rock! Read more
