Was recently traveling and stopped in for a break. They were not accepting order apart from drivethru and app. However, there... were no obvious signs. When I got my food, they were out of lids for large cups. It took a minute or two to get someone?sattention about this problem. The girl I told didn?t say anything to me, but turned away and yelled for someone else to help.That guy looked for a kid, didn?t find any, so went to the back, found some, then proceeded to reload the sleeve, then went tothe kitchen?all without saying a word to me. I rarely ever go to McDonalds but DQ was closed when I wanted ice cream tonight. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry add m&ms. That?s not... what I got. She handed me vanilla ice cream in a cup with a scoop of Oreo crumbles on top. Not mixed, no m&ms. I paid $4 for acup of vanilla ice cream basically. Very disappointing. ??????????? Read more
Sunday was a bad day to go. Computer issues so it was slow but not that slow. Food however was not fresh. Fries cold and stale... burger not tasty and there was cheese stuck to the bottom of the bun. I order from the kiosk and I didn't get a receipt. I waited 25 to 30 mins to find out they didn't even have my order. During the... power out August 29th on a Monday 2022. I bought two apple pies and a coke cola freezy. I had to get a refund on one becausethey said they only apparently one. If the purchase showed up in the first place. I probably would have had both. I'm 54 years old. I know how to order food via the stupid kiosk. But when nobody else is in the entire store I like the... interaction between humans. Yet I was ignored for several minutes until I was finally asked if u had placed my order yet. Ipolitely said no, I've been waiting to. I did and she was nice. The man who came in directly after me was about my same age. Hewas told , or so he thought, that he must place his order via kiosk. He tried, he failed, he left. John was able to turn a negative experience into a positive one for me on my last visit. The store was unable to fulfill my... chocolate chip cookie order initially as they were out of stock and their truck had not arrived. I was disappointed that theapp let me order an out of stock item and that I would have to try and obtain a refund from the third party app owner/corporate. However, before I was able to leave the parking lot, the truck had arrived and John brought out the cookies I had initiallyordered along with a couple bonus ones for the inconvenience. Well...my experience here today was less than stellar. I placed my order on the app and did curbside pickup around 2pm. When I... got home with my order I was happy to see that my request for no onions on my cheeseburger was followed, BUT quite disappointedto find that it was missing the most important part...the burger! Fortunately my husband had ordered a double cheeseburger, sohe gave me one of his. The fries were awful, and the spicy chicken sandwiches were dry and had hardly any lettuce on them. This is my favorite mcdonalds location, I've gone here for over 10 years. There are very ungrateful, impatient and rude... customers here often, yet the staff is always on it to fix the issue or get through the long lines fast. I've seen a largerotation of employees (lots of high schoolers) over 10 years, and they seem to either get trained or learn very well here.
