Upon entering the staff was very attentive friendly and inviting. Very reasonable wait, quick, then seated in a section where... Natasha was our server. Very attentive, friendly, and fast. Excellent customer service! Our food was hot, and delicious. When Iwent to go and pick up another daughter to join our party, she was on making sure she got what she wanted. I would highlyrecommend the Brighton Outback steakhouse and to have Natasha as a server. I asked to speak to the manager and Natasha informedhim and he was there very quickly. Micheal was very nice and we told him how Natasha was such a great server, a gem in theRestaurant. Michael the manager also had a nice conversation with us about his employees, and the restaurant is well managedunder his care. Outback company is blessed to have great employees and great manager. The male and female hosts were Awesome aswell! We were there between 7 and 7:30. We will be back to the Brighton Outback. Read more
Our food was pretty good. Outback is pretty consistent. We go for my husbands birthday. I had the salmon tawoomba? It's good... with good portions. The kids options are good. The kids sirloin is $9.99. The steaks looked great. Our server was on top of it. Read more
We celebrated our anniversary September 27. We were pleasantly pleased at they?re gluten free menu. Our server was great and... very patient. Our meals come out prefect to order and the gluten free dessert was excellent. To complete our special evening,was the signed card brought to us by the manager from the staff. Update: After leaving this review the manager Jennifer reached out to me to apologize for what happened and offered us a $40... voucher and asked I call before I return so she made sure we had a wonderful experience. We returned to celebrate my daughtersand my anniversary we arrived with balloons and birthdays cards signed by the entire staff at the restaurant. The staff was verywelcoming and did a good job. The steak was phenomenal it melted in your mouth very very well cooked they did a great job withall of the food. I enjoyed the experience when giving them another shot to make things right and glad that I did. THANK YOUJennifer and outback staff for the great meal and excellent service you provided!!!! I will return!!!! Went to have dinner withmy husband here and was put on the waiting list was told 15 to 20 minutes.... well 45 minutes later I asked if we would beseated soon they said they had a unknown issue in the kitchen and they didn't know when we would be seated. So with that beingsaid going here was a big waste of time. We should've been updated instead of waiting around almost an hour to be turned away. Poor management and staff and many people who's time was wasted waiting to eat now it's almost 8pm we are hungry and going hometo eat cereal. Ordered the 12 oz ribeye was very disappointed ate a part of my steak at the restaurant after trimming away quite a bit of fat... then the remainder at home. I trimmed away quite a bit of fat at home. For $26 it should have been a better cut of steak. Read more
We had 3 very poor dine in experiences about 3-4 months ago and stopped coming in. So we gave it some time and recently returned... to find all things operating much better. During our recent dine in-date night our server, Natasha, was great! She was veryattentive, prompt with service, food delivery, and drink refills. Natasha was very friendly, smiling, offered attention todetails, and professional all around. All of our food was delivered as ordered, fresh and hot. Thank you! Read more

I came to Outback Steakhouse and received excellent service from the bartender Bishop. Even though she had a lot going on, she... still managed to give me the best smile she had! Very outgoing and asked how everything was. Suggested things we loved! Thecook, sugar, made some awesome steaks. Read more
