Stopped by for quick dinner on my way to pick up my husband from the airport Sunday 9/4 around 6:00pm. First thing I noticed was... how dirty the restaurant was. But, I was in a hurry so I decided to go ahead and order. The employee who took my order was nice,but I was alone and ordered a full sandwich and cup of soup. She didn't ask if I wanted chips or bread and just gave me 2 chips.So I had to pick my crust off my sandwich and dunk in soup. I purposely ordered full sandwich so I had half to share withhusband. I don't don't know why I ordered dine in because I didn't have anything to take the other half of the sandwich in. Iasked the sandwich makers (not realizing there were two go items next to counter) until after I was given a dirty look and a togo for like a fritter or cookie. Also, I sat waiting for my order that clearly had my name on the ticket, and it was nevercalled. I finally got up and checked and yep it was mine. Sandwich and soup were good. But, wow the whole store is disgustinglyfilthy. I don't think any of the tables had been wiped. Food all over the floor and when I walked back to get the to gocontainers, the prep line was awful. There were a few kids running the line and one complaining they wanted to go home. Seemsthey would have been spending more time cleaning and preparing to go home than complaining. A woman in a flannel shirt wastelling them what not to restock. Seems she could have instructed them to clean. I don't know, finding help that cares isn'teasy. Definitely not sure what was going on. I read the complaints but when I went there I had no real problems. They were out of one ingredient in what I ordered but they... offered a substitution that seemed reasonable and I said yes and everything tasted okay. I guess this restaurant is in a goodlocation because it was very busy. Read more
My best reason to go to Panera is lots of seating and you can refill your coffee yourself. Yeah, the tasty little treats to go... with your coffee are always very good. Read more
Ordered pick 2 salad was so small nothing in it. The pizza was good but over $15.00 no drink not worth it. And they ask for... tips.never going back. Nit good customer service as well. Read more
I just spent $11 on a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup with bread to dip in it, and this is all I received. I guess all the employees... were too busy chatting to pay attention. No bread included, and such a miniscule amount of soup. Very disappointing. Read more
Looks like they didn't have anything I ordered so they just gave me whatever they had. Only thing they got right out of a $55... order was the 2 bread bowls (got Mac and cheese instead of broccoli cheddar soup). If they would have just called me I wouldhave switched my order. But what good is a bread bowl for Mac and cheese!?!?!?!! Read more
Food was good as always, though they we missing an ingredient to two of our dishes (second time I've had this issue - first was... at another location). Staff was friendly and plesant. A few of the tables weren't wiped down and the bathroom was overdue forattending. I liked the ordering kiosks so we could take our time and customize our orders. Read more
