This place is an absolute cluster. If you order delivery thru their app it outsources to door dash, which would be fine except... that if they don?t have something you ordered, instead of calling you and figuring it out, they ask DD to call you which doesn?thappen, so you end up with an order literally just pending for hours on end that will NOT get delivered unless YOU call thestore yourself and ask what the issue is. Seems like common sense to call the customer and figure it out proactively?? Read more
I ordered for delivery on the app. After the order was delivered I realized the wrong order had been left with me. I called and... spoke with Holly who is PHENOMENAL. She apologized (even though it wasn't their fault the wrong persons order got delivered tome), she personally called doordash to have them send a new driver, remade my food and took care of all of it! In today's worldit can be so hard to find great service, especially in the food industry. So a big shout out to Holly. I hope Panera recognizeswhat a great employee that have and how thankful people like me are for service that goes above and beyond. Read more
