For a chain restaurant it's good, clean, and had good service. Easy place to meet family and take kids.

Staff here is so friendly and accommodating. Reed is an awesome server who helped us with a smile and great attitude even tho he... was super busy with a party table. We made sure to tell the manager about his great service. Before coming to Red Robin the dayof our visit we tried 2 different restaurants that were to busy and uninterested in accommodating us. We had 6 people. Theawesome service made that whole stressful and aggravating experience just fade away. Read more

Horrible. Can't believe this place is still in business. Waiter was almost stand offish. Two people in my group of 6 ordered... soup. It was brought out with are meal. The tortilla soup was terrible. My burger was way under cooked and wrong. Maybe ahandful of their "endless" fries on each plate. Kids chicken strips dry and cold. Kids were upset. Never coming back. Zerostars! Read more

Ordered the burger medium and came with out pretty rare. Staff was nice enough to bring me a replacement one though. Garlic... fries were also sitting in a pool of grease. Food quality not very consistent. I wouldn?t come back at least not to this RedRobin. Read more

Less than par. I usually love red robin. Not this time. I ordered a yolky egg (over easy) and said I don't do the hard fried egg... specifically. The egg came out hard fried. I told the waiter about it when he finally came back around (I was already half waydone with the burger) and he said he kinda thought it was over cooked but then he didn't stay to check when the food was placedor come back quickly to see if I wanted it redone. That's poor service in my opinion. The lettuce wrap I got was brown andwilted, lettuce is cheap already. No need to cheap out even more. Dirty dishes sat on our table end throughout the entireexperience, no dishes were ever cleared from the table. That is also poor service. Less than impressed with today's experience.Keep in mind, there were only two tables in the entire bar area, so it's not like they were busy at all. Read more
