I used to go here at least once a week but not anymore. I went there on Friday bought a few quarts they were out of a lot of... stuff so I settled on stuff they had left. I used to enjoy Ritter's 4 to 5 years ago. I went there today to order a treat for myself. A chocolate custard strawberry sundae... with whipped cream. Yum, right? Wrong! The custard tasted like chocolate ice cream. No creaminess. The strawberries were not atall juicy and there was a scant helping of them...maybe 4 halved. I was shocked and if I wasn't all the way home and ready toNetflix, I would have returned it, melting or not. I'm not sure if they lessend their quality or what,but it sure tasted likeit. Vanilla cone was icy... again. Yes large chunks of foul tasting ice and cone crumbs (or something). Same issue last year.... Management said they'd fix it and did for a while. Crew must have forgotten. This never happened at the Farmington store. Badexperience since moving to Brighton. Culver's is just up the road. Go there. Read more
The frozen custard is literally the best and beats ice cream hands down. They always have chocolate and vanilla (and the... chocolate is amazing) but call or check the website for flavors of the day. And get Strawberry if they have it! Read more
They have the best ice cream around hands down! They have new flavors and all are delicious. You want options? Go here! The only... down fall is that alot of the workers are very young and sometimes they spend more time talking inside than fixing your icecream. Side conversations are high and service could be a little better. They are young and just need to be taught and I'm sureit could improve! Overall 5 stars! Read more
In last 2 weeks my husband and I have visited this place 3 to 4 times. This place is one of the best frozen custard place we... have been to. Everytime they have few different flavors and since we like trying new flavors we have always got somethingdifferent there. Never disappointed. Always surprised by how the texture, taste and variety of flavors this place has. Theflavors are at a perfect level of sweetness too. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone out there who love frozencustards. Read more
DEEEEELICIOUS CREAM. LONG LINE in the beating sun, my better half was wearing a sun-absorbent color, but we make it work for the... pleasuring cream that waits at the end of the ?rainbow?. Gotta love happy endings. My happy ending was a peanut butter blastsundae, and my god was it out of the world with peanut butter delight. It was creamy, soft, rich, but familiar at the same time.I love cow breast milk, as a preference, and I love the ice cream form of it. My better half got the children?s dirty wormsundae, which he absolutely loved, though he requested the gummy worms be colder next time, perhaps mixed throughout (personalpreference) . The joint sits on a lazy road that runs through the sleepy, cottage-like town of Brighton. I found myselfmesmerized by society?s impermanence at this location and I recommend it as a spot to practice yoga or ?reflect?. I will beback, one day when my prosthetics aren?t acting up.
