Omg. Went in there Sunday morning at 9:45 am the two lady's where really nice ,supper friendly and excellent service.
Was at Kroger in Brighton around 7:45pm this evening and went to the inside Starbucks to get a hot tea. When I stood at the... counter the worker Ava looked at her watch and looked at me and didn?t say anything. She then raised her hands and shouted ?afew more minutes until I get to leave this bell hole!? And then asks me what I would like to order . After I ordered a grandetea a few minutes later she goes ?here you go, I know you ordered a grande but I put it in a tall, is that okay or should Iremake it ?? I was so disgusted with the customer service I grabbed the cup and said it?s fine and walked away. My two kidsasked me if it was appropriate how she acted in front of customers and said absolutely not . I will not be back to thisStarbucks if that is okay to treat customers the way Ava did.
