I pretty much never rate places, but this is the most consistently *inconsistent* and terrible location for fast food in all of... Brighton. They are randomly closed at lunch time, soda machines are completely out, out of rice, completely understaffed (100%owner's fault because they are complete control of wage and staffing needs as broadcast by corp). Existing staff knows it's aterrible situation. Whoever owns/manages this franchise location needs to do better. Read more
My friends and I ate lunch here and two of us got the fiesta cheesy potatoes- both of said they looked old and tasted crunchier... than usual. An hour later, we?re both puking while the other friend remained fine. I called this location afterwards and thelady on the other end I believe britany? This taco bell always have a very long wait. I understand staffing is difficult ao I patiently wait if I have the time. Last... time it was 57 minutes. They ended up closing with no explanation when I pulled up to order. Extremely frustrating. I will driveto New Hudson from now on. Yall need it together. These lines at the drive thru be way too long and once you're in line Goodluck leaving cause there is no... other way to leave. There is only two people working tonight and both of them are rude as hell. My fiance and I work for door dash and the lady... didn't even acknowledge us until 10 minutes later. When we pulled up to the window the young man handed us the order and told usto get the hell out of his drive thru. I will never get good from them and I would not recommend anyone to get food through doordash from them until both of them are fired. Read more
